某高等医学院校学生干部综合能力调查研究

目的：深入探析高等医学院校学生干部的综合能力现状，为有针对性地加强对医学生学生干部综合能力的培养提供参考依据。方法：选取某高等医学院校在任学生会全体成员，143名医学生作为研究对象，并对其采用执行能力测量表、平息人际冲突能力测量表、创新思维能力测量表、工作创意能力测量表、创造能力测量表、自主性能力测量表进行测评。结果：女性学生干部比男性学生干部在平息人际冲突能力上强（P〈0．05），大一年级学生干部比大二年级学生干部在创新思维能力上强（P〈0．01），而在平息人际冲突能力上弱（P〈0．05）。结论：男女生之间、不同年级之间学生干部的综合能力存在一定的差异。高等医学院校应有目的、有针对性、有所侧重地培养和提高学生干部综合能力，进而推动学生工作的不断发展。

An Investigation and Study of Student Cadres' Comprehensive Ability in Medical University
