摘    要:师范生教育的关键是培养开拓其业务素质。源于欧洲的行为主义理论指引下的学生在讲课中学习(LDL)的教学方法,一方面训练和检验学生所学理论知识的情况,另一方面展示其实践能力。研究发现,学生对LDL教学方法兴趣浓厚。他们通过体验观摩,既弥补了知识上的不足,明白以后学习、工作中最重要的问题;也赋予学习以新的意义,使之学会了创造性自主学习。

Abstract:The key for normal school students is their integrative professional knowledge and skills.Learning by teaching(LDL),a mature European teaching strategy,helps to train and check students book knowledge and actual performance as well as the weaknesses.The author argues that Chinese normal school students appreciates this combination of learning and practicing students-centered teaching method,and it helps them to clarify their aim of learning,which makes learning meaningful and interesting.
