| Abstract: | Because of china's special household register system, a large number of rural re sidents can not migrate to the city freely to share fast economic growth, and th e disparity in urban and rural areas is expanding day by day. From the angle of government department, this article analyses the lost and income of the policy r eform, and trans-regional flow of the labor market and holds that allowing labo r to move freely not only accord with the interest of government department but also can reduce the income gap between urban and rural areas. |
