摘    要:在新形势下高校毕业生就业成为社会日益关注的焦点,传统的就业模式在向“双向选择、不包分配、竞争上岗、择优录取”新的就业模式转变过程中,毕业生就业在很大程度上取决于学生的质量以及如何包装、营销毕业生。

Abstract:The employment of college graduate students has become the focus of the society in the new era. The new employment mode with the characteristic of "two - way selection, no guarantee of employment, competing for job and employing excellent students" is now taking the place of the traditional one. Thus the quality of students and the package and sale of students become the decisive factors in the employment of college graduate students.
