植物抗病毒病基因工程研究与展望

摘    要:用植物基因工程技术来获得抗病毒植物时研究主要通过以下五个途径:利用病毒外壳蛋白基因抑制病毒脱壳;利用mic免疫系统限制相应病毒复制;利用卫星RNA限制相关病毒的复制;利用ribozyme裂解病毒基因组;利用植物自身编码的抗病基因产物PR蛋白。本文对上述途径的近年研究作了综述和分析,并提出展望。

Abstract:This report summarizes the recent investigation in plant gene engineering about plant resistance to virus disease by five main ways, i.e. (1)Utilizing the coat protein gene of virus to inhibit virus from shelling (2) Utilizing mic immune system to prohibit the viral gene replication. (3) Utilizing the satellite RNA to limit the replication of viral gene. (4) Utilizing ribozyme to cleave the genome of virus. (5) Utilizing PR protein.
