| Abstract: | China's regional institutions of higher education are large in number and fast in development, yet relatively low in the level. To adapt to the socio-economic development, regional institutions of higher education should establish a correct concept of development, adhere to and to accelerate local development, and be initiative to serve the local socio-economic construction and development so that they could form their own features and raise the educational quality. |
