关于转基因水稻产业化的若干思考

水稻产业直接关系到我国粮食安全,我国将在未来一段时期大面积推广转基因水稻。基于全球水稻产业生产、消费与贸易格局的分析,运用实地水稻种植数据,比较我国转基因水稻与常规水稻在产量、成本、效益与环境等方面的优劣势。研究结果表明,我国的水稻单产增加需要引入新的育种技术,大面积推广转基因水稻将在短期内影响国内水稻出口;同时国内消费者还存在一定的抵制情绪,以及转基因水稻种植过程中的隔离问题还没有得到妥善解决,我国现阶段推广转基因水稻的时机还未成熟,需要国家对现有转基因产品的安全管理方面出台一系列切实可行的配套政策,推动我国转基因水稻产业健康发展。

Issues of Transgenic Rice Industrialization

Rice industry plays an important role in China's food security.China plans to extend genetically modified rice on large scale in future.Based on the field rice cultivation data and the analysis on the global rice industry production,consumption and trade pattern,this article compares China's conventional and genetically modified rice in terms of the rice production,cost,efficiency and environmental differences.The results show that the yield increase of rice production must be preceded by the introduction of the new breeding technology,that the large-scale promotion of genetically modified rice in the short term will affect the China's domestic rice exports and incur the resentment on the part of the domestic consumers.Besides,the quarantine problem in the cultivation of transgenic rice awaits proper solution.Time is not ripe for the extension of transgenic rice in China.China needs to set up a kit of policies governing the safety of genetically modified products to promote the healthy development of genetically modified rice industry.
