电解铝企业的发展理论取向与战略思考

随着国家限制钢铁、水泥、电解铝产能等宏观调控政策的实施,中国电解铝企业面临着严重的发展问题.在结合企业实际的基础上,提出中国电解铝企业的发展以循环经济理论为理论取向,以此构建中国电解铝企业的发展战略.提出转变电解铝企业与环境关系的处理模式,适度控制产量规模,建立铝业生态工业园区,延伸产业链条等战略,实现可持续发展.

On the Theoretical Orientation and Strategy for the Development of Electrolytic Aluminium Enterprises

With China's implementation of the macroeconomic regulation and control policy for limiting the productive force of steel and iron,cement,electrolytic aluminium,and so on,the electrolytic aluminium enterprises face the serious problem of development.Based on enterprises' reality,this paper proposes that China's electrolytic aluminium enterprises depend on the theoretical orientation of circulation economy and construct their development strategy.This paper also puts forward such strategies as transforming the processing pattern between electrolytic aluminium enterprises and the environment,controlling the output scale moderately, establishing the aluminium ecology industrial park,and extending the industrial chain link,so as to maintain a sustainable develipment of the enterprises.
