浅析高校期刊群体发展存在的问题及其对策

自90年代高校内部管理体制改革以来，高校期刊的发展在高等教育发展中相对滞后。文章通过对高校期刊发展情况的考察，结合调查问卷结果，认为高校期刊群体发展现状不容乐观，从期刊管理体制、高校重视程度、编辑综合素质及高校的科研实力等几方面分析了阻碍我国高校期刊发展的若干因素，并初步提出了几点对策。

Problems and Countermeasures in Development of Journals of Universities

The development of university journals is comparatively slow since the reform of interior management system in universities after 1990s. Based on the survey of the journals of the universities administered by Ministry of Education, this paper points out that the current situations of journals of universities is not optimistic and analyzes some countermeasures on the factors hindering the development of journals of universities from the management mechanism of journals, the degree of attachment from the universities, the comprehensive quality of editors and scientific research strength of universities.
