摘    要:在自然界的森林里,只要具备一定的条件,就能成片地生长出蘑菇。人文生态现象与自然生 态现象具有相似性,社会环境对科技进步与人的发展有着重大影响。在当今社会,构建和谐协调的科学人文 生态环境,对于科技创新和人才成长尤为重要而紧迫。我们通过对"蘑菇现象"的科学分析和理论研究,以及 对科学精神与人文精神相互之间的统一性、依存性和互动性的认识,探索并构建了以人为本的科学人文生态 系统理论--"蘑菇"理论,提出营造有利于创新和人才成长的人文生态环境。

Abstract:Numerous mushrooms could be grown with certain conditions in forests in the nature. The similarities between natural and humanistic eco-phenomena fully show the great impacts qn scientific and technological advances and human development by social environment. In society today, it is significantly important and urgent to construct a harmonious scientific and humanistic eco-environment for scientific and technological innovations and talents' shaping. Through the scientific analysis and theoretical research on "mushroom" phenomenon, and the understanding of the unification, mutual dependence and interaction between scientific and humanistic spirits, this thesis gropes for and puts forward the "Mushroom" theory, which is a human-oriented theory on scientific and humanistic ecosystem, and highlights the need to create a humanistic eco-environment advantageous for innovation and talents' shaping.
