A Successful Experience of Taking Over Shenyang

Shenyang was the first big city that was taken over by the Communist Party of China during the Liberation War.The military administrative committee,with Chen Yun as the director,rapidly and successfully took over Shenyang and recovered the public stability on time.Chen Yun's administrative work was a great contribution to the central government's taking over the big cities and played a very important role in the transfer of the party's work.
