| 摘 要： | 建筑施工企业要有效地降低事故发生的频率,必须提高企业管理层的安全意识、员工的安全意识和安全技能,建立员工的事故报告机制,加大企业的安全投入,完善企业的安全奖惩制度,从而形成企业的安全文化,有效地控制安全事故的发生。

| Abstract: | To knock-down effectively the frequency of accidents,the architecture enterprises must advance the safety consciousness of the managing class,enhance the safety consciousness and skills of employees,establish reporting accidents mechanism,increase the investment in enterprises safety,and establish the rewards and punishment system.Accordingly,the safety culture of enterprises is formed to control the occurrence of safety accidents. |
