| 摘 要： | 从死者死亡那一刻起到被安葬止,会涉及一些需要法律来规范的问题,而我国现有法律对此的规定过于简单且缺乏操作性,这样会给法律实践带来诸多麻烦,因此完善相关的法律法规就成为必要之事。
