| 摘 要： | 随着世界环境保护和可持续发展战略的深入,绿色浪潮迅速席卷全球,已经并继续日益深刻地影响着人类生活的各个层面,21世纪必将成为“绿色世纪”。绿色浪潮的兴起和发展,使我国的外贸出口面临严峻的挑战。当务之急是:建立健全扩大绿色产品出口的机制;顺应时代潮流,发展绿色产业;依据国际标准,培植绿色企业;研究国际绿色认证标准发展动态,打破绿色贸易壁垒。
