| 摘 要： | 我国在物流业人才培养方面存在着高质量师资严重不足、实践环节薄弱、培养目标不明确,与社会需求脱钩、高质量精品教材不多,课程设置不合理等问题。构建全面的物流沟通平台,加强现代物流人才培训是现代物流人才的有效培养模式。

| Abstract: | There is a serious shortage of high-quality teachers in training talent for logistics industry and there exist such problems as the weak practical links and indefinite training target which is divorced from social demand,the lack of fine high-quality materials and the unreasonable establishing of courses.The paperholds that building a comprehensive logistics and communication platform and enhancing the training of modern logistics personnel is an effective mode of training talent for modern logistics. |
