On the Process Nature of Man's Full Development

The ultimate purpose of social development is to realize the full development of the person, which is a long-term process in line with social, economic, political and cultural changes. While socialism aims at man's full development, it looks to the individual's modernization as the goal for the current stage. Certainly man's full development, involve a long-term process, is both historical and realistic. As a matter of fact, it is the unity of product and process.
