| Abstract: | The orientation of the institutions of higher learning matters much to the construction and development of the institudons of higher learning. Only after the institudons of higher learning have found their own position in the society and the higher education and fixed their orientation scientifically for their own school - running goal, levels and specifications of talent training and social services, and so on, can they ensure the sustainable development. The orientation of the institutions of higher learning must meet the requirement of social development by seizing their own conditions with a broad vision and leading role. |
