| 摘 要： | 以江泽民同志为核心的党的第三代领导集体提出的"依法治国"与"以德治国"并举的社会主义治国思想,具有极其丰富、深厚的理论渊源。本文拟从中国古代和现代西方两个历史阶段对这一思想渊源进行追溯和回眸。这些历史上的治国思想、治国模式对今天建设有中国特色社会主义、全面建设好小康社会,具有重要的借鉴意义和参考价值。

| Abstract: | The third generation of the administration group headed by Jiang Ze-ming has put forward a strategy of socialist concept of governing the country with law and moral. This strategy has abundant and profound theoretical origin. This paper deals with the origin and reflections over the thought in the history of ancient China and modern western countries. These historical modes and thoughts of governing the country are valuable for our socialist construction and the building of a well-off society in an all round way. |
