运用竞赛教学提高网球课的教学质量

为了探索一种体育教学理论联系实践的新方法,依据竞赛型教学理论,结合网球技术课教学特点,借鉴现代教学理论的成果,针对传统体育教学法的不足,在高校网球课中进行竞赛促进教学实验。结果表明,运用竞赛教学能有效激发学生对网球运动的兴趣,使学生能够积极主动地学习网球基本技术和战术,能够有效提高学生的比赛能力和心理承受能力。

A Pilot Study of the Application of the Competitive Teaching Approach to Improve the Teaching Quality of Tennis Major Course

With the purpose of countering the deficiency of traditional PE teaching method and exploring a new PE teaching approach of combining theory with practice,on the basis of the competitive teaching theory,in the light of the technical features of tennis sports and the achievements in modern PE teaching theory,a pilot study of the competitive teaching approach is conducted in the tennis major course.The result indicates that the competitive teaching approach can arouse students＇ interest in tennis sports,help them to grasp the basic skills and tactics on their own initiative,hence improve their competing abilities and psychological powers of endurance and bring students＇leading factor into full play.
