| Abstract: | The basic of developing collegiate S&T Industries is to change concepts and emancipate the mind, reform the system and strengthen the cooperation with enterprises; stress on technological innovation, take advantage of scientific research and person's scholarship, and form the beneficial cycle of producing, teaching and researching, stress on administive innovation, foster the management ideal and get good benefits from management, stress on organization innovation, promote the group high-speed development, and so on. |
