| 摘 要： | 毛泽东的个性教育思想是一种强调教育要尊重受教育者的自由、尊严、潜能和价值,以促进受教育者的个性自主和谐、生动活泼地发展的教育思想.归纳梳理、深刻反思毛泽东的个性教育思想,对于教育者把握思想政治教育的正确本质和方向,培养大批充满活力、有个性、思想政治素质过硬的建设者,具有重要的现实启迪价值.毛泽东的个性教育思想对思想政治教育的价值主要表现为:教育者要有强烈的发展学生个性的使命感、以正确的价值观指导学生的个性发展、在承认并研究学生差异的基础上因材施教、建立以学生发展为目标的思想政治教育评价体系.
