血吸虫病肝纤维化并发肝细胞癌的病理观察

为探讨慢性肝血吸虫病与肝细胞癌的关系，我们对9例血吸虫病肝纤维化并发肝细胞癌作组织病理学观察．9例分别占1959－1995年间病理诊断的231例肝细胞癌的3．9％和195例血吸虫病肝纤维化的4．6％．镜下见早期血吸虫病肝纤维化与肝细胞癌并存．癌周肝病背景明显，其中3例可见典型毛玻璃样肝细胞，6例伴门脉性肝硬变（有4例可见慢性活动性肝炎病灶）．根据组织病理学所见，我们认为慢性肝血吸虫病是一种促癌因素，它与某些致肝癌的物质可能有协同作用．

Pathological Observation of Schistosomiasis Hepatic Fibrosis Coincident with Hepatocellular Carcinoma

To study the etiologic relationship of chronic schistosomiasis of liver to hepatocellular carcinoma , a histopathological observation of 9 cases of schistosomiasis hepatic fibrosis coincident withhepatocellular carcinoma was carried out. The 9 cases account for 3. 9% of 231 cases of hepatocellularcarcinoma and 4.6% of 195 cases of schistosomiasis hepatic fibrosis diagnosed by histopathology between 1959 to 1995 respectively . Microscopically, schistosomiasis fibrosis in early stage with coexistent hepatocellular carcinoma was found . The underlying chronic liver disease was showed clearlyaround the hepatocellular carcinoma, including typical goundglass hepatocyte in 3 cases and portal cirrhosis in 6 cases (containing chronic active hepatitis focus in 4 cases). By histopatholoical finding,we believe that chronic schitosomicasis of the liver is a promotive factor Of hepatocellular carcinoma andit may have a synergistic effect with some carcinogens in the development of hepatocellular careinoma .
