| 摘 要： | 学生干部既是高校办学育人的重要对象，又是高校学生工作的主体力量之一，加强其队伍建设至关重要。当前学生干部队伍建设中存在着素质能力与角色要求还不相适应的基本矛盾，切实有效地加强和改进学生干部队伍建设，提高其综合素质是新时期学生工作的重要一环，有利于开创高校学生工作新局面。

| Abstract: | Student cadres proves the paramount targets of schooling of universities and the eritical force of talents cultivation. Hence, strengthening team construction turned out crucial. There existed basic paradoxes in incompatible with qualities and required competency. Effectively enhancing and improving student cadres＇ construction, promoting their comprehensive qualities is the principal segment which seems favorable to open up new situation of university student work. |
