| Abstract: | The legends of Xu Hai and Wang Cuiqiao are recorded in a lot of literatures, but less attention is paid to relevant background of the recording and narrating while the legends are quoted and referred to. This paper addresses itself primarily to this problem in exploring the details of Xu Hai and Wang Cuiqiao's life story. |
