| Abstract: | The legislation of the coercive liability insurance of the third party of motor vehicles should be brought into force as soon as possible in China. To ensure its effectiveness, the following points should be taken into consideration: (i) the coercive availability of the liability insurance of the third party of motor vehicles; (ii) the third party's claim to the insurers; (iii) the medical establishment's claim for urgent treatment expenses; (iv) the association of the vehicle insurers; and (v) the participation right of the insurers to deal with liable accidents. |
