摘 要: | 在职业道德教育中,传统的集体灌输方法不能满足青春期学生个性张扬的心理特点。同时,传统灌输式教育注重职业道德规范、不重视实践问题,注重职业道德理想、忽视基本文明素养,因而容易使学生产生反感和不信赖心理。本文根据学生的年龄特点、心理特征和实践结果进行分析,指出"行动导向法"是改善高职学生职业道德教育状况的有效方法。

Abstract: | The traditional method of instilling collective can not meet the students' characteristics. According to student's age characteristic, the psychological feature, the article points out that the "behavior - oriented method" in conduct of professional ethics education, is an effective method to improve the situation of education in professional ethics. |
