论建立永葆共产党员先进性的长效机制

新时期如何发挥共产党员的先锋模范作用,关键在于建立一套行之有效的长效机制。加强党员先进性长效机制的建设,一是要以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导;二是必须坚持党要管党、从严治党的方针;三是要坚持科学性、系统性和可行性相统一;四是必须加强制度建设,建立起一整套便利、管用、有约束力的机制;五是要体现时代性,把握规律性,富于创造性;六是要同实现党的历史任务紧密联系起来。

On Establishing Long Effective Mechanism of Keeping Communists' Advancement forever

The key to how to give full play to the communists' pioneering and modeling function lies in establishing a useful and long effective system.To reinforcing the construction of communists' advancement in the long effective mechanism,firstly,we need to take Marxism-Leninism,Mao Zedong thought,Deng Xiaoping theory and "three represents" as the guidance of the important ideology;secondly,it needs to insist on the policy that the CPC should manage itself well and rule itself strictly;thirdly,the unification of scientificness,systematicness and feasibility should be stuck to;fourthly,we should reinforce the establishment of the systems,establishing a whole set of mechanism easily utilized,effective and restrainable;fifthly,we should follow the modern time,firmly hold regularity and be with the creativity.;sixthly,we should be closely linked with realizing the Party's historical mission.
