| Abstract: | Since the summer of 1999,North Korea has been launching an active and all-round diplomatic offensive. It is a suitable foreign strategy adjusted by North Korea under the domestic and international situations. Its influence is active and its future is bright since it has received much popularity and support from many countries. But it has also many restrictions from US's Northeastern Asian strategy. |
