| 摘 要： | 本文从体育游戏在体育教学过程中的运动生理和心理的影响入手,分析了体育游戏在体育教学中的地位和作用。并指出运用体育游戏时应掌握的原则和方法。高校体育教学可以利用体育游戏促进学生全面发展身体素质,提高运动能力和掌握知识技能;有助于学生养成良好的道德情操,勇敢顽强、诚实自制、团结互助的意志品质和集体主义精神。
