摘    要:人才可持续发展是一个横跨人才学领域和可持续发展战略研究领域的边缘问题。人才的能动性、再生性、高增值性、动态性,表明人才更具有可持续发展的“资源”的基本属性与特殊属性。鉴于我国人才的数量、素质、分布、结构现状均存在着近虑远忧,实现人才可持续发展,经济社会发展迫切要求实现人才可持续发展,这对于充分发挥我国人力资源丰富的优势,实现技术的跨越式发展,缩小与发达国家之间的距离,意义重大。

Abstract:The sustainable development of human resources is a borderline issue between the fields of talent science and sustainable development strategy studies.The current situation of human resources in our country is greatly worrying all of us.To achieve the sustainable development of human resources is the urgent request of socio-economic development.At the same time,it is of great significance to our effort to make full use of human resources in our country ,to realize a leapfrog development of technology,and to narrow the gap between our country and developed countries.
