| Abstract: | Zhang Dai,a famous Chinese writer in the late Ming Dynasty and the early Qing Dynasty,put forth a series of propositions about writing as to seeking truth,novelty and elegance,and striving to be natural.This is the beneficial experience of writing by both Zhang himself and his predecessors,which is worthy of notice,study and reference. |
