| 摘 要： | 创业企业中企业家和风险投资家的合作无疑很重要，但代理理论的经济人假设得出的必然结论是两者都采取不合作的机会主义行为策略，这显然不符合实际情况。本文利用囚犯困境的分析框架来探讨两者合作的机制。

| Abstract: | Coordination between the entrepreneur and the venture investor is unquestionably of crucial importance to pioneering business. However,the conclusion drawn from the hypothesis of economic agents suggests that both sides tend to adopt a negative attitude towards this affair,which is obviously not the case in reality.This article attempts to deploy a framework of cornered situation to explore the coordinating mechanism between the entrepreneur and the venture investor. |
