| 摘 要： | 战争赔偿是侵略国对被侵略国的一种补偿,它不仅是一个经济问题,也是一个有关战争责任的法律和政治问题,日本因发动侵略战争对受害国作出赔偿是天经地义的.第二次世界大战结束后,饱受侵略战争蹂躏的中国和中国人民却没有得到日本应有和及时的战争赔偿.随着国际国内一系列因素的变化,中国放弃了对日战争赔偿要求.

| Abstract: | War reparation refers to the compensation for warfare victims from invading nations. It is not only an economic issue, but also a legal and political issue concerned with war responsibilities. It is perfectly justified that Japan, the aggressor state, must pay reparation to the warfare victims. After World WarⅡ, however, China and Chinese people, the victim of the cruel war, didn't get proper reparation from Japan. With a series of changing factors at home and abroad, China gave up the demands of war reparation from Japan. |
