| 摘 要： | 科学界在20世纪形成了新的性别构成图景,女性在科学研究领域仍然处于弱势地位.基于科学管道效应,以女性科研人员为研究对象,从宏观、中观、微观层面考察科学管道效应的形成原因,揭示女性进入科学研究领域存在的障碍,有助于进一步推动女性进入科学主流.

| Abstract: | Although the scientific community in the 20th century formed a new gender picture,women in science research fields are still at a disadvantage.Based on the science channel effect and taking female researchers as the research subject,this paper analyzes the issue on the macro and micro levels.By revealing the existing barriers for women in the scientific research field,it can help promote women’s participation in the future. |
