| 摘 要： | 文章利用传统DEA模型、SBM模型及SBM超效率模型对2004—2008年新疆规模以上乳制品企业的技术效率进行了分析和评价。结果表明：5年来新疆乳制品企业的技术效率（包括纯技术效率和规模效率）和经营发展水平均呈上升态势，但总体技术效率较低，并且乳制品企业之间存在明显的技术效率差距。要提高乳制品企业的生产效率，就必须加快企业技术创新，提升资源的利用效率，打破市场分割，深化企业之间的兼并和重组，提高全行业的规模经济水平和市场集中度。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes and evaluates the technical efficiency of sizable dairy enterprises in Xinjiang from 2004 to 2008 by using traditional DEA and SBM models as well as ultra-efficiency SBM model.The results show that the technical efficiency(including both pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency) and operational development level of the dairy enterprises in Xinjiang were increasing in these 5 years,but technical efficiency in the mass is still quite poor and there are obvious technical efficiency g... |
