我国反垄断立法的必要性及立法原则

我国在建设市场经济过程中存在严重的垄断现象,需进行反垄断立法,规范市场竞争。立法中须坚持效率优先、维持市场竞争和社会公平的原则。创制具有中国特色的反垄断法,要界定反垄断的范围,建立反垄断案件的审查原则,对企业兼并和政府角色予以关注。
