| 摘 要： | 在东亚区域货币整合的进程中，发展东亚债券市场被列为一个主要方面。美国金融危机的爆发对东亚经济产生了重要影响，也不可避免地影响到东亚债券市场的建设。首先回顾东亚债券市场的发展历程，剖析了美国金融危机对东亚债券市场的影响，并进一步对其发展提出前景展望。
