| 摘 要： | 我国法律文献分类既有其特点,又有一定缺陷。法律文献分类应当与法学学科的分类相适应,这样,才能提高法律文献分类的科学性和应用的效率。我国法律文献分类的改进不仅是必要的,而且也是可能的。
