| 摘 要： | 佛山科学技术学院校级科研基金具有成果意识强、目的明确以及与研究生培养紧密结合的特点,它在科研工作的主要表现为教师科研工作搭建平台,创造条件,建立激励机制,提升学校科研水平。当然在其运行和管理中也存在的一些问题,因此,改进校级科研基金的思路是加强过程管理、进一步优化结构、完善制度。
