北京散客旅游市场需求的实证研究——以“长城一十三陵一日游”为重点

摘    要:通过国内来京旅游散客、国际来京旅游散客、北京当地居民三方面市场群体共1000多份样本,首次对北京散客市场的一日游需求进行实证研究,了解到散客群体对于“长城一十三陵”一日游的基本需求、获取一日游信息的渠道及其对信息的信任度、对一日游“黑车”的印象,前往长城旅游的方式和满意度,以及前往北京本地及周边其他著名旅游景区旅游的兴趣。有关结果对于根治长期困扰北京旅游形象的“长城—十三陵一日游”“黑车”问题,构建有效的散客旅游服务体系具有参考价值。

Abstract:Based on more than 1000 samples of both domestic and overseas individual tourists who visited Beijing,as well as local residents,this paper has done a demonstrative investigation on their one-day tour demands in Beijing.General situation of their demands was realized such as the information channel of oneday tour,their impression about the Black Car of one-day tour,their satisfaction of their tour to the Great Wall and the Ming Tombs.The result will be helpful to solve the tough problem of one-day-tour Blac...
