Mao Zedong's Idea and Practices in Developing Non- state Economy in Shan- Gan- Ning District

During the period of Anti - Japanese War, Mao Zedong put forward the idea of developing non -state economy on the basis of the reality in Shan - Gan - Ning District and the demand of defeating the Japanese and saving the motherland. He pointed out the capitalist nature of non-state economy, its importance and necessity, the basis and conditions of its development and the policies and principles to be followed.The idea was implemented in the District and made fruitful achievements.
