| 摘 要： | 文章从高校图书馆开展信息咨询工作需改变观念、关注效果入手,分析了高校图书馆开展信息咨询工作的优势,以及信息咨询工作存在的误区,阐明信息研究和人员应变能力不足是影响信息研究速度和质量的根本原因.提出角色转换,利他思考是高校图书馆信息咨询工作应遵循的原则.

| Abstract: | The article starts with updating the concepts and concerning the effect in information consulting of university libraries. In the process the advantages and misunderstanding points have been analyzed. It also clarifies that the insufficiency of the information research and the weak ability of how to act in emergency are the essential reasons which affect the speed of information research. And the author proposes that the role conversion and altruism thinking are the principles that should be followed in the job of information consulting in university libraries. |
