| Abstract: | The essay explains the relationship between development of rural education and increase of peasants' incomes at first.There are many problems in the modernization og rural junior and senior education and in the development of professional education.Based on these problems,the author puts forward a series of measures so as to maintain the sustainable increase of peasants'incomes. |
