| Abstract: | In popular education phase,particularly after the university students pay the tuition,harmonious relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities were highly affected.Therefore,it is urgent to reinforce the mutual respect and communication between teachers and students,ease the contradiction between teachers and students with love and build an equal,democratic and harmonious teacher-student relationship. |
