| 摘 要： | 当今大学生就业形式依旧比较严峻,此问题也是社会各界关注的焦点,那么导致大学生就业难的根本原因到底何在？从大学生自身的素质、择业心理、企业招聘要求及其发展势态等方面对大学生就业问题进行了总结分析,并给高校教育以及大学生提出一些解决就业问题的基本建议,以作参考。

| Abstract: | The employment situation of college students is far more severe and the problem is the focus of all circles in the society.Then what are the root causes of the difficult employment of college students？ The paper sums up and analyzes the problems of college students’employment from the perspectives of the students’own quality,their career-choosing psychology,the requirement of enterprises and the trend of the situation.Also,the paper puts forwards some practical suggestions as reference for the advanced education in China and the college students as well to resolve the problem. |
