| 摘 要： | 农民问题,在一定意义上就是农民权利问题。而农民权利问题实际上就是农民生存权问题。如果不能正视农民的生存权利问题就无法谈到"三农"问题的解决。文章从现有文献的研究中得出影响农民生存权的因素和对策,并分析了各种观点对解决农民生存权的优点与不足,对以上各种观点和看法提出了建设性的建议和看法。

| Abstract: | To some extent, the farmer issue is the farmer's rights issue. And farmer's rights are, in actuality, farmer's subsistence rights. The "three rural issues" can not be said resolved if farmer's subsistence rights are not guaranteed properly. This paper identifies various factors and solutions of farmer's subsistence rights, making an analysis of their respective advantages and shortcomings and giving constructive options for those various views and ideas. |
