| 摘 要： | 面对日趋激烈的国际化竞争,增强自身实力,跟上全球化的步伐,已成为内资保险企业的共识。在发展与改革中,传统组织结构的问题日趋显现出来,变革势在必行。新的组织结构中,职能部门数量及级别被压缩,企业的组织机构不再是“多级管理”,而是呈现“扁平化”趋势,专业技术组织的职能部门之间的“边界”将淡化,团队在企业组织中体现出主要地位。

| Abstract: | Insurance organizations now are faced with a fierce international competition, so they should strengthen their own
power, and follow tightly the globalization trend. In the process of development, the traditional structure shows its defects, so a
reform is necessary. In the new struture, the sub-sections are greatly reduced and teamwork spirit plays an important role. |
