| Abstract: | The paper analyses the problems to take syndicated loans, which are ca used by enterprises themselves, social conditions, commercial banks and other fa ctors. It points out that only if the government, the bank and the enterprises a re committed to the problem, can a valid solution been found to overcome the dif ficulties in taking syndicated loan. |
