邮政编码调整方案再研究

现行邮政编码使用中存在一些问题，已不能适应经济与社会发展的需要。文章指出了邮政编码调整目标在于细化投递信息，推动邮政物流信息化建设，方便社会用邮，提高邮政服务水平，提高邮政企业的市场竞争力。本文还提出了两套实用调整方案，对每一调整方案都进行了优点、缺点以及两种方案的共同风险及其化解措施分析。

A further study on the new schemes of the postcode adjustment

Due to some problems found in use,the current postcode could not meet the requirements of economy and society development.In this paper,the goals of Postcode adjustment are given as follows: detailing the delivering message,accelerating information construction of post logistics,facilitating mass posting,enhancing the service level of post,strengthening the competitive ability of post enterprises in the market.In addition,the paper also proposes two practicable adjustment schemes,makes an analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,shared risks and solutions of each scheme.
