基于博弈模型分析的科研项目管理创新研究

通过建立项目管理的静态及动态博弈模型,对科研管理部门与科研人员在具有完全信息和不完全信息两种情形下的项目管理博弈问题进行分析,分别求出了均衡解。得到的结论是：管理部门按项目不同大小确定不同比例的启动基金,采取一定的监督惩罚机制,对于约束科研人员,督促其更加努力的完成项目研究是有效的。
